How to create a Subscription for Pro (Unlimited).

Objective: This SOP provides a detailed, step-by-step procedure for team members to add a subscription for Pro (Unlimited)

Once the customer has an account created in Maxio, you will then be able to create a subscription for the customer whether it be for an Unlimited/Express/or any PPU. Once you select and create the subscription under the customers account, you will then be able to add in the correct components for what the customer is needing. A subscription can have multiple MLS's. You do not need to create a new subscription for each MLS the customer is asking to have access to. Simply toggle the component on for each MLS the customer is looking for.

Procedure:

  1. Access Customer Account:

    • Navigate to the Billing section.
    • Select the Customers tab.
    • Use the search function to locate the customer.
    • Click View to access the customer's account.
  2. Create Subscription:

    • In the customer's account, scroll to the Subscription section.
    • Click on Create a subscription.
  3. Select Payment Profile:

    • Choose the appropriate payment profile.
      • If the customer is linked to a parent account, select the parent's payment profile.
      • For standalone accounts, choose separate invoices.
  4. Set Collection Method:

    • Ensure the Collection Method is set to Automatic.
  5. Choose Payment Method:

    • If a payment method exists in the account, select it.
  6. Configure Email Invoices:

    • Set invoice emails to Use Site Default.
  7. Set First Billing Date:

    • For new customers, choose Immediately.
    • If a customer requests a specific date, use Set Date with Calendar Billing.
  8. Select Subscription Product:

    • Click Select a Product tab.
    • Choose from the available options:
      • DataMaster Pro for Unlimited/ $7 PPU w/ $35 minimum or $9 PPU w/ $9 minimum subscription.
      • DataMaster Express for Express subscriptions.
  9. Confirm Billing Details:

    • Verify and confirm the billing date.
    • For immediate billing of new customers, select Immediate.
    • For updates or corrections, select Delayed if the current cycle is already paid.
  10. Activate Subscription:

    • Once configurations are complete, click Create Subscription.
    • If the subscription does not automatically show as Active:
      • Go to the Subscription Actions dropdown.
      • Select Activate.
  11. Add Subscription Components:

    • Go to the Components tab.
    • Activate the required components:
      • Search for the component in the search bar and then select on "..." to toggle the menu.
        • Select "Toggle On/Off"
          • Turn the component to "On" and then select "Update" at the bottom.
      • Components to turn one for an Unlimited subscription-
        • Public Records provider (e.g., Black Knight or Monsoon for ARMLS)
        • Comptracker
        • MLS
