How to create an Express subscription.

Objective: To provide a step-by-step guide for adding an Express subscription within a customer's account. An Express subscription is compiled of 3 main components. 1. Public Records Provider 2. MLS 3. Market Adjustment Tool Please refer to the article for "How to add a Subscription for Pro (Unlimited)" for instructions on how to create a brand new subscription within a customers account.

  1. Locate the customer’s account in Maxio.
  2. Click "View" on the subscription you are looking to update.
  3. Click "Components".
  4. Add Public Records Provider Component
    1. Locate and toggle on the Public Records provider component.
      1. In this context, enable Black Knight.
  5. Add MLS Component
    1. Use the search function to find the MLS component:
      1. Enter MLS Name in the search bar as an example.
    2. Click on the appropriate component for Express and toggle the component on.
      1. Ensure that the pricing is $59/month for a monthly subscription.
  6. Add Market Adjustment Tool Component
    1. Use the search function to find the component and toggle it on.
