Adding a Parent account to a customer in Maxio - SOP

Objective: To provide a step-by-step guide for adding a Parent to a customers account.

  1. Locate the Customer Account: Find the specific customer's account.
  2. Choose Parent: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Choose Parent."
  3. Search for Parent Account: Use the search bar to locate the desired parent account.
  4. Select Parent Account: Choose the parent account to associate with the customer.
  5. Preview Selection: Click "Preview Selected" to review the relationship.
  6. Confirm Relationship: Click "Confirm" to finalize the parent/child account link.
