Adding a new payment method in Maxio - SOP

Objective: To provide a step-by-step guide for adding a subscription for adding a new payment method in Maxio.

Adding a Credit Card:

  1. Locate the customer’s account in Maxio and select "Payment Method."
  2. Click "Add Payment Method."
  3. Choose "New Credit Card."
  4. Enter the required information:
    • Customer’s name
    • Billing address
    • Card details
  5. Click "Save Credit Card."

Adding a Bank Account (ACH Payment):

  1. Locate the customer’s account in Maxio and select "Payment Method."

   2.  Click "New Bank Account" in the payment method options.

   3.   Enter the required information:

    • Customer’s name
    • Billing address
    • Bank account details
  4.   Click "Save Credit Card."
