- Open a new tab on your preferred browser.
- Enter in the below link within the search bar and hit enter.

- Enter in your Email and Password credentials. Select "Login".
- Scroll down on the page until you see the section titled, "Create Password Reset Email".
- Enter in the email address of the user needing to reset their password. Select "Create".
- An email draft will populate for you to confirm the users email and send to the customer.
